As previously stated in a ListServ distributed on 10-07-14, there has been a delay in distributing the Q3 2014 Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program Invoices and Reports.  These invoices and reports are now scheduled to be released to the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Part D Sponsors on Thursday, December 4, 2014. At this time, we believe the delay in PDE processing will not impact Quarter 4 invoices and the invoices will be released according to schedule. If any changes occur to the release of Quarter 4 invoices, we will send out an announcement via the ListServ with updated information.

 

Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Part D Sponsors are required to pay all invoiced amounts by Monday, January 12, 2015, and send confirmation of the payment to the Third Party Administrator (TPA) by Monday, January 19, 2015. An updated CGDP Calendar has also been posted to the TPA website (www.tpadministrator.com – CGDP Calendar).
